I'm a 45 y/o rocker with roots in Led Zeppelin, and Van Halen era music. I have been writing and recording my own music and cover songs since last year, and I'd like to try forming a band that could eventually start playing at local clubs and make the try for a recording contract.
I have been playing music all my life. I started on the piano at age 5, and branched out to the string instruments (all of em), and learned the woodwinds and horns on the side.
I'm currently working on the live versions of Stairway to Heaven and No Quarter and looking for others who aren't afraid to play this type of music. Other songs ready to go are Rocket Man, Dead or Alive, Ain't Talkin bout Love, Feel your Love Tonite, The Rover, Tom Sawyer, Limelight, Sweet Emotion, and We've got Tonite.
