I heard a rumor that there will be no more Jams at Louie's on Sundays. Is this true? If so, any recommendations for beginners to jam on Sundays? Thanks,
Ian

Sadly the rumor is correct. We are looking for a place to land and will let everyone know when we do.

But we are going to have a Friday night jam on June 5th there and if it goes well we will be doing a first Friday jam regularly.
Please come out and support this, rumor has it we will be graced by the talent of the one and only Dave Lynch!!!!!

Our original agreement was a Sunday Jam from 2-6. 12 years of Nascar fans didn't want live music going on during the race. We moved it later, then later so we could be one of the other 119 jams on Sunday evening. I'll do a Sunday jam again, but it'll be at 2. Personally, I'd rather be home Sunday evening.

What? I finally show up to a Sunday jam and it is the LAST one? Dude, I knew I wasn't all that...but man...that's harsh!

Well, All I can say is I'm sad about the news too. Thanks to all of the fine musicians that showed up regularly and our friends that were there each week to cheer us on. We will all be reunited at other jams. Hats off to Steve Foster, Joe Lev, and Jimmy Bagshaw for all the energy and hard work . Thank God, we still have Tuesday @ San Juan Club and Wednesdays @ Louies . Hope to see all of you there! Your friend and fan Randy Carey
