Hello - On my way to my gig Friday June 26th my Ampeg Portabass 250 amp fell out the back of my truck on Fair Oaks Blvd between San Juan Blvd. and Sunrise Ave. Went back for it but it was gone already. If you found this or know who might have picked it up please contact me at nickyn99@yahoo.com. It was in a padded black Ampeg gig bag that came with the head.

Sounds like the old Beer Dawg crew loaded your truck. Yeah - I was using my SVT Friday and always bring the Portabass along as a back-up. Put it on top of the roadcase that the SVT is in. Thought I shut my campershell window good but it popped open and the Portabass slid out. A car pulled up next to me and told me my black bag fell out so turned around to go back for it and it was already gone. My fault for not checking the damn rear window. Sad thing is I had some Low Down Dirty Dog buisness cards in the zipper compartment of the bag the head was in so they do have my number to call if they were honest people but I guess not this time.  |

That really sucks - Hopefully it somehow turns up. Hey and by the way, your drummer plays great. I did the last weekend with Ken at the fair in Stockton. It was like 110  Did you happen to have the serial number of your amp ? ( I dont have mine, and Im writing them all down tonight ) You could give that number to all the pawn shops in town, thats a slim hope, but one worth a few phone calls. |

Not on that one but taking pics and writing serial numbers on all my other gear.
Hard lesson learned and I know better. Stupid on my part.
