Looking for an experienced bass player and drummer who have played and are in to playing Chicago blues - 50's-early 70's style - to play locally.
If you'd rather play rock, then do. Not looking for rock or hip-hop musicians seeking an education, or blues-rock players, i.e., you always want to play Clapton's version of Crossroads, Red House or Very Superstitious at jams, or if you think SRV, the Allman Bros or Hendrix were blues originators.
Need to know some basic blues songs/melodies, know or quickly grasp the different bass lines, and, if a drummer, be able to play a shuffle correctly.

Hey Doc! I play keys with a mean left handed precision bass. I do a solid walk. I can also do B3 work when a bassist is involved. I know you're looking for a bass player but thought I'd mention it. God bless, John

Seems like there are a bunch of folks checkin' you out, but not many responses...(?) You have an inclination to critique a (another?) drummer?

Hello, Dr., I might just have the Rx. for you. I am a Blues bass player and have played in the style of Chicago blues for some time now. I have excellent Eq. and sing some if needed. I may be reached at (916)457-2613. Thanks for your time and consideration, Guido.
