I have a music store that needs a new home. My landlord has turned out to be a twea...., well, nocturnal and cannot be trusted. I have loads of goodwill and gear and experience. I am seeking an inexpensive retail space in Oak Park or midtown. Ideas?

Maybe Del Paso Blvd. Cheap cheap. Talk to Woody Boyd at Boyd Luthiery, part of his building is vacant as well as many more. Write your ticket there.
