Hi everyone, Saw this posting on Craigslist. We are a new band in Sacramento and we have our first show next Friday (23rd of Jan) at Java Cafe in Fair Oaks. www.myspace.com/delucabandThat is a rough mix really and we are redoing the vocals this Sunday as they came out too soft and one song we changed the melody to fit my range better. Thanks, De Luca (This is not just a spam advertisement I intend to keep in touch on here )

Thanks for posting ! Spread the word ! I'll check this out when I get home. My work computer blocks Youtube and MySpace.
I need to figure out a way to put a calendar on this site also, that would be useful.
Talk to you soon

I like the musicality of these songs. I agree with what Clark posted on your MySpace page, the vocals are not bad they are just a little weak. Maybe with less effects, they would be a little stronger. As hard as you guys play, you need a stronger vocal.
I just realized there was a calendar built into this message board already. Send me when you start and finish and the cover charge (if any) any I'll put it on the calendar.
There are only a few people looking at this board now, but if we all promote it, this could become a good destination.

Musically you guys are fantastic, and your guitar work is great. I personally cannot sing a lick so it may not be my place to say, but I think a stronger singer could really put you guys over the top.
Im not sure if its the crappy myspace bandwidth, but the kick drum is almost non existant on the recordings. As a drummer I like to hear the bass drum driving the beat. Just my $.02 worth.
Overall good job, keep up the good work. Good luck at the Java.

Thanks a lot guys!
And yes as I say we are redoing the vocals. We didn't have much time to practice them and see what works/doesn't work with the song, and the mixing of the vocals was not particularly done that well overall either so we are hoping it will bring it out better in the remix.
Thanks a lot!

Sounds Pretty Good, Your off to a good start for sure. Singing is not bad at all. No definition from the bass guitar (can't hear it). From my end the vocals are Plenty loud. Kinda like Queenryche. Seems like another guitar melody in there would do a lot of good. Get tight and don't be so quick to show your stuff to (none musicians). Musicians can hear the potential. The average listener is much more judgmental. First impressions are a B*&%$ Just my crappy $.02, keep up the good work. Someone's gotta do it....
