Got the Fat Finger, seems to work pretty good. Gives the notes girth!

After using the Fat Finger on a third gig, I am sold. Makes the bass just come alive. The notes have MASS, a physical presence ala Rocco's P bass tone.

I'm really diggin it. Made my Squire just come to life, and the notes are way more even. A good $18 investment in my sound.

I may have to try one of these. You said it was discontinued, so where did you end up getting yours?

Fender makes them now, I got mine off ebay real cheap, maybe $20 or less.

joe, In trying to determine if I want this, I'm wondering what this does that you can't get from tone shaping tools on the amp such as EQ and presence controls?
