Joel Ronald sold my stolen explorer on EBAY

I had 4 guitars stolen back in 1988 in Folsom. I would type in the serial numbers on google and see what would come up. Well my white Gibson Explorer was sold on EBAY May 28, 2011. I know its probally past the statue of limitations as far as prosecuting this slime ball. But I felt if this person was selling stolen guitars on EBAY, maybe yours was also sold on EBAY. Any way any information on this slime ball sellar would be much appreciated.. BTW: right down those guitar serial numbers., you will never no what pops up.
I still don't know where the other guitars are, so here is a pic and a serial number.

Pearl white w/ purple headstock Gibson Flying V. head stock had split open open time, so it needed repaired
White Gibson Explorer: Serial number # 83413527, this is the one I found on EBAY.
