Hi! Please check out our web site and let us know what you think of our new CD. We will be playing in February. I will let everyone know when the date is locked in. We are The Highway 49 band and have 11 members ( 4 piece horn section) and play all original music. Please let us know what you think. Thanks, Jeff highway49.net

wow, thats really something. A very unique sound. highway49.net/music.htmlYou guys have quite the variety of sounds. I have never been fortunate to play with any more of a horn section than one Sax player. I think it sounds great. Its not my style of music, but I played it for my wife and 2 sons and they liked it big time. That must be rough dividing the gig money up 11 ways though I would have to bring a calculator. It was hard enough for me to divide by 3.

Everything I have read about sucess says ( to be out for the money will usually fail, but if you do it because you love it ,you will suceed.) That is my moto. I just hope that I can keep it together. Trying manage 11 people is nerve racking. Tell everyone about us and our web site. We may be at Constable Jacks in Newcastle in March and we are playing at the Feats of Clay festival in April. Thanks, Jeff Summers The Highway 49 Band highway49.net
